Hi I’m Clementine and this is my new blog. Its mainly health and fitness based but as a recovered anorexic I also want to discuss issues relating to eating disorders. Having overcome anorexia I have decided to change my career path totally and venture into the fitness world. I am now a qualified Level 2 gym instructor, and am currently studying to gain my Level 3 personal training qualifications.  I’m also in the process of completing the LDN Muscle nutrition course to become a Nutrition Coach.

Training played a huge part in my ED recovery, and it is something I feel very passionately about. While this is a whole new world to me in terms of careers, I’ve gained such a better understanding of how my body works, and how I should fuel it. I’m still learning, and still progressing, but every step forward is a positive one. I’m learning to love my body for what it is, and hope others can do the same.
